ABOUT

Gloria Bornancin, a painter, works on the balance and synthesis of geometric shapes. Her works are a blend of lines of pure colours, superimposed and often repeated.
She graduated in painting from the Brera Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan.

She attended advanced courses on the manipulation and design of paper, which has now become the main material she has used in her work in recent years.
She plans her works and develops her images through the use of graphic software.
She uses LED lighting and has incorporated this in her work.

She worked as a freelancer in advertising (Varese/Milan).
She taught courses in Visual Perception in higher education schools.
She worked as a graphic artist (engraving).

Some of her work is to be found in both private and public collections.
She works closely with Arte Struktura (Milan/Desenzano sul Garda).
She teaches Painting at the Liceo Artistico “P. Gobetti” school in Omegna (VB).
